Privacy Policy

dentaco.ae is run by Dentaco F.Z.E, Ajman Free Zone, UAE (licence 29509). This page explains what we collect on this website and why. Short version: only what you choose to send us, never sold, never used for ads.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email or phone, your message and the plan you asked about. It is sent to us as one email (through Resend) so we can reply. We do not add you to any mailing list.
- Payments: if you buy something, payment is handled by Ziina. We never see or store your card details; we receive the payment status and the amount.
- Basic server logs: like every website, our hosting (Vercel) keeps short-lived technical logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and abuse prevention.
This website has no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels.
AI demos and assistants
Our demo assistants and voice receptionist (demo.dentaco.ae) are AI, not people. What you type or say there is processed by AI providers (Anthropic Claude through Amazon Bedrock, and ElevenLabs for voice) only to answer you. Do not share sensitive personal information in a demo.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we work together or you might reasonably hear back from us, and are deleted on request. Payment records are kept as long as UAE accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Email us and we will act within 30 days.
Age
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
